The write mindset is key to pass the UTME 2019 examination. The body feeds on thought and brings out the possible outcome. Believe is key to pass the examination.

#5. Candidates Who Neglect God

No matter your religion, there is a God you serve and believe in. Inviting God into your examination is the key to pass the Jamb examination.

There are many testimonies and news on how students miraculously pass their exams. Prayer and Study is the key to success.

Prayer is key and Faith keeps the door of success open.

#6. Wrong Subject Combination

Many brilliant students miss admission every year all because of wrong subject combination. Jamb is not the only examination required for admission WASSCE, GCE, NECO or NABTEB are as well.

Make sure you made your WAEC papers before sitting for a particular course. Confirm you scored at least C6 in the required subjects.

Can I write Jamb Before WAEC?

Candidates ask me this question repeatedly and I decided this is the best time to deal with it. Jamb validity period is annual while WAEC is eternal. Therefore you can only use the Jamb result for a year only.

It is best you write WAEC first and then the Jamb examination. But students who are sure of their WAEC results can register for Jamb with the awaiting result option.

The students using awaiting results will undergo the same registration process. Create Jamb profile and get the ePIN as the other candidates.

Thus someone can write Jamb before WAEC, but plans on writing the exam during the Jamb validity period.
